Mandatory Abuse Report
If you suspect misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators which effect the health, safety, or welfare of a student, call 1-800-96-ABUSE. Personnel and administrators who suspect abuse and neglect provide a statement to the school Director, Ms. Jeanne Smith, who contacts the Florida Abuse Hotline. Personnel and administrators who fail to report abuse or misconduct may be penalized up to and including dismissal.

All employees and agents of a public school or private school have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety or welfare of a student.
